  • What type of homes are available?
    We offer spacious one- and two-bedroom units, as well as newly renovated architect-designed villas.
  • Do I own my unit?
    You lease the unit under a secure and regulated retirement village agreement, designed to protect residents.
  • Is there a waiting list?
    Sometimes, yes. We recommend contacting us early if you’re interested.
  • Can I bring my own furniture?
    Absolutely. All units are unfurnished so you can make them your own.
  • Is the village gated or secure?
    Yes, the community is gated and offers peace of mind with well-lit paths and secure access.
  • Are pets allowed?
    Small pets are welcome upon approval — we know they’re part of the family.
  • Can I garden outside my home?
    Yes! Many residents tend to their own front gardens. We encourage it.
  • Do I have to join village activities?
    No — everything is optional. Join in as much or as little as you like.
  • What’s the average age of residents?

  • What is the Deferred Management Fee (DMF)?

  • Can I use funds from selling my home?
    Yes — many residents fund their retirement unit this way.
  • Do I need a lawyer?
    We recommend seeking independent legal advice before signing any contract.
  • Are there exit fees?
    Yes, these are outlined clearly in your agreement before moving in.
  • Is stamp duty payable?
    No — retirement village contracts do not usually attract stamp duty.
  • What’s included in the ongoing fees?
    Village maintenance, community events, upkeep of shared spaces, admin and emergency support.
  • Are there hidden charges?
    No. Everything is fully disclosed and explained before you move in.

    Yes. All units have 24/7 emergency response systems installed.
  • Do I have to cook for myself?

    Yes — there are GPs, pharmacies, physios and specialists within a short drive.
  • Can I still drive?
    Yes. We provide resident parking and many people drive well into their 80s here.
  • What if I stop driving?

  • Is it wheelchair accessible?
    Yes — most units and all community areas are step-free and mobility friendly.
  • Can I live here as a couple?
